Say 'I do' to 'nearly' new

As wedding season begins to get busier, the cost of weddings can start to get pricier. Forever waving the flag for second hand styling and preloved fashion, my enthusiasm certainly spills over to weddings too.

The pressure on 'the dress' and the decor, the seating plan, weather concerns, family politics and planning can be ALOT! For my own wedding I sourced almost all the decor second hand from charity shops, flea markets, car boot sales and online reselling sites to create a look and feel that was truly curated to our style and better for our budget. It took some time, for sure, but it's something I love doing and I included family and friends along with me. It also meant I could re sell a lot of it on afterwards, like my own little wedding present back to myself!
