DELIVERY

​

Shipping costs are a flat rate of UK (£4.50) Europe (£12.95) and Rest of the world £14.95).

​

Orders will be shipped within 3 business days of your order via Royal Mail Second Class Signed For service. You will be notified via email of your unique tracking code when your items have been dispatched.

​

Please allow 3-5 working days for standard UK orders / up to 10 days for Europe / Approx. 30 days for rest of the world.

 

Delivery times are given as an indication but cannot be guaranteed by What Alice Found. Delivery times may occasionally be subject to delays outside of our control, for which What Alice Found cannot be held responsible. Need an item quickly? Drop us an email and we will aim to help.

For international delivery - by placing an order with what Alice Found you are therefore responsible for all customs fees, taxes and duties applicable to your country. 

​

We aim to use as much recycled packaging as we can when processing our orders.

 

RETURNS

​

We strive to describe all our products in the most accurate detail as possible to ensure you are happy with your purchases. Due to the nature of shopping online and vintage fits - we do understand you may sometimes wish to return your purchase(s) . We can refund CLOTHING ONLY (unless otherwise specified) provided it arrives back with us within 7 days of being signed for.

Please note * Return postage / packaging is paid for by you the customer.

Items are your responsibility until they reach us. What Alice Found will not issue refunds for goods that do not arrive or arrive damaged/worn. Therefore, please ensure you package your return properly to prevent any damage to the items during transit. If clothing arrives smelling of smoke or pets we will refund you minus the cost of a cleaning fee. Vintage items are all one-offs and a part of history, we strive to respect this and ask you do too!

We recommend that you obtain PROOF OF POSTAGE from the Post Office when you return the item, or preferably use a tracked or signed for service to ensure its safe arrival with us. Should your returned item not arrive back with us, you will need Proof of Postage in order for you to make a claim for the missing item with Royal Mail. What Alice Found reserves the right not to issue a refund if the returned item does not reach us.

You will need to allow adequate time for your returned item to reach us within the returns period.

Once we have received your returned item, your refund/exchange will be processed within 3 working days and you will be notified of this.

 

EXCHANGES

​

​Unfortunately we do not offer any exchanges as all our vintage items are one off and unique.
