Calendar for a cause

what alice found vinatge 2012 charity calendar

Have you seen or bought one of our ‘What Alice Found’ vintage 2012 calendars yet?

We have had some great response so far since they came out two weeks ago, and thought we’d share some of the stories so far…

Awesome fashion blogger Joe Kent mentioned the calendar on his blog Unlimited by JK , and wrote an article for BH BEAT on our calendar antics!

Lovely blogger Karen gave us a mention on her blog ‘Make it, Save it, mend it’

“We bought a fantastic charity calendar from the lovely girls at What Alice Found.   This is sold in aid of the Wessex Autistic Society and is full of lovely vintage inspired piccies  from in and around Bournemouth so do snap one up if you can.”

august what alice found calendar One lady bought a copy to send to her sister for Christmas, who moved from Bournemouth to New Zealand 2 years ago, so she had a calendar to remind her of home.

We also had a batch order for 14 calendars for a ladies organisation in Dorset !

And our fave story of all…. Lisa-Marie Lewis, the Westbourne based stylist who did all the hair and make up for the photos used our calendar as her showcase portfolio last week when she applied for a rather swanky job on a cruise ship – and got it! Hurrah! Good news all round really.
